CANCELLATIONS
We strictly don't accept any cancellations once we receive your order.
ITEMS CONSIDERED TO BE DAMAGED
- Damage in the product.
RETURN OF DAMAGE/BROKEN ITEMS
- We do not encourage any returns, as we try to give as much details as possible in each product details and quality of our products. We check products twice before we ship to our customers.We pack the items very securely and ship it .In worst case scenario, if an Item is damaged/ broken unpacking/opening video is must to claim damage, contact us immediately within 24 hours when you receive your package. 360 degree opening video is compulsory in order to claim damage . We don't accept any kind of pictures about damage. Otherwise no refunds will be issued if these return conditions are not met.

- If Buyers / customers wishes to return an item, Proper valid reason of return should be given and if it is valid, we will ask them to return the product and it has to be shipped in original condition ( Unused/ Unworn/ Unwashed), along with tags & Original Packing, buyer has to pay for the return shipping.
- Items shipped should be initiated & shipped back within next day and has to be return to us back within 3-5 business days. Beyond this, no returns will be accepted within USA.
- Items shipped should be initiated & shipped back within next day and has to be return to us back within 5-7 business days for International Orders. Beyond this, no returns will be accepted. Buyers has to pay for return shipping and customs or VATs.We are not responsible for any return shipping charges.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee on the value of items returned. If customer paid for shipping, that won't be refunded.
- Once we receive the item, item will be inspected if it is used or not or for any damages & if everything is in order, refund will be initiated with the value of the returned item less the restocking fee. If buyer paid for return shipping that won't be refunded.
- Returns are only accepted if the item/product is in original condition( unused/unworn/unwashed), having tags and packing should be in original condition. Otherwise buyer is responsible for loss of value of product.
- If we found any traces of items as used ones (USED/WORN/WASHED) during returns / without having tags / not in original condition/ packing then customer/buyer is responsible for any loss of value of product.
- No refunds will be given or item can be returned if the item conditions doesn't meet our return conditions.
RETURNS DISCLAIMER:
- People who tend to intentionally use items or products for their occasion such as Parties or any other special occasions/ Intentionally damage our items/ products and blackmails that they will leave bad reviews without any fault in our products in order to get their amount back by returning the items or want to get refunds can be subjected to prosecution and other legal proceedings. This may be considered as extortion by buyer/ customer whoever performs such activities.
- All our services will be banned from our store to such people who perform such illegal activities.
- Exploiting things by such people can be considered serious.
- Buyer/Customer who subject to do so are responsible for any loss of value of product / items.
- Refunds will not be intiated or given. In these kind of situations customer is responsible for any loss in value of the product.
- Using the product and giving negative feedbacks about product is completely banned in our store.
- False Claims about products/ Lost /stolen/ Damage can be considered Serious.
ITEMS NOT CONSIDERED TO BE DAMAGE
- Wrapping / sticking kundans / hand embroidery/stitching, color mismatch ( according to photography/ Screen Calibration) for accessories.
- Weaving pattern or threads imperfections, Knots , bumps & Loose threads in tying and dyeing, uneven threads in body, pallu and border, color mismatch ( according to photography/ Screen Calibration) for clothing.
- Cutting/sticking stones/making of jewelry/ Color mismatch( according to photography/ Screen Calibration) for Jewelry
LOST/STOLEN/ORDER DELAYS
- We are not responsible for any item lost in the shipping .Please contact us within 24 hrs or with the associated shipping carrier as we provide you the tracking number details of your order. We are not responsible for any kind of incorrect or inappropriate address provided by buyer. Please do not leave the package unattended. We are not responsible for any loss of your items at your Residence. We are not Responsible for any shipping delays by Shipping carriers.
EXCHANGES
- We do not accept any kind of exchanges.
ITEMS THAT CAN'T BE RETURNED:
- Jewelry Items.
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Items on sale/ Discounted Items.
- Perishable Items .
